You’re helping to build a culture that’s inviting, inspiring, and makes other students say, “I want to be part of that too!”

Post Each Week
- Share 1 post per week (14 posts total each semester).
- At least 7 should be videos or reels.
- Use the hashtags, tags, and location info we give you.
- If we ask, send posts for a quick approval before they go live.
Join the Fun
- Show up to events hosted by The Cove during the semester.
Keep Content On-Brand
- If we ask you to take down or tweak a post, please do it within 24 hours.
- If posts don’t meet expectations, the rent discount may be canceled.
Perks
- Earn a $200 rent discount per semester—applied at the end of the term if all guidelines are met.
Be a Positive Rep
- Keep it professional and positive when talking about The Cove, The Lodge, and South Fork Housing.
- Don’t share private company info or post anything negative about the properties.

BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This Brand Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between South Fork Housing, including its properties The Lodge and The Cove ("Company"), and [Brand Ambassador's Name] ("Brand Ambassador"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. ENGAGEMENT

The Company engages the Brand Ambassador to promote South Fork Housing, The Lodge, and The Cove through social media and other marketing efforts in exchange for a rental discount, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. TERM

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either Party in accordance with Section 7.

3. COMPENSATION

As consideration for services rendered, the Brand Ambassador shall receive a $200 discount per semester on their rent at The Lodge or The Cove, provided that all terms of this Agreement are met. The discount will be applied at the end of each semester upon verification that all guidelines have been fulfilled. If the guidelines have not been met, the Brand Ambassador shall not receive a discounted lease.

As consideration for services rendered, the Brand Ambassador shall receive a $200 discount per semester on their rent at The Lodge or The Cove, provided that all terms of this Agreement are met.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF BRAND AMBASSADOR

The Brand Ambassador agrees to:

Create and post original content that positively represents South Fork Housing, The Lodge, and The Cove.

Share a minimum of one (1) social media post per week, totaling 14 posts over a 14-week semester, related to their residency and experience at the properties. Seven of those post must be video and/or reels.

Use Company-provided hashtags, brand tags, and geotags as directed by the Company.

Submit all sponsored content for approval prior to posting, if requested by the Company.

Attend any hosted events put on by the Company during the semester.

5. COMPANY CONTROL OVER CONTENT

The Company retains the right to request removal or modification of any content associated with South Fork Housing, The Lodge, or The Cove at any time, for any reason.

The Brand Ambassador agrees to remove or modify any content within 24 hours of request by the Company.

Failure to comply with content removal requests may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of the rent discount.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

The Brand Ambassador acknowledges that they are acting as an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. This Agreement does not create any employment or partnership relationship between the Parties.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of each semester unless renewed by mutual agreement of the Parties. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice during the semester. The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately if:

The Brand Ambassador fails to fulfill their promotional obligations.

The Brand Ambassador engages in conduct that negatively affects the Company’s reputation.

The Brand Ambassador refuses to remove content upon request.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISPARAGEMENT

The Brand Ambassador agrees not to disclose any confidential business information about the Company. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador agrees not to make any negative or defamatory statements about the Company, The Lodge, or The Cove.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
