With the upcoming spring semester, our complex just doubled in size and we now have the biggest backyard in Rexburg- Porter Park! Everyone enjoys the spring semester for many reasons- fewer students, warmer nights, and more things to do around Rexburg.

We want our students to be able to enjoy where they live while they are attending school so we’ve decided to add to our amenities activities students can do at Porter Park and around Rexburg. We will be providing longboards, hammocks, volleyballs and nets, and more! Come check out The Cove and we will show you why we are the place to be for spring!

I love the cove the staff is so nice and open to any concerns or questions you may have. The students living in the apartments are really sweet, you can make friends with anyone! The gym and hot tub are so convenient especially for a college student, I love it!

The Cove was the perfect home away from home. The apartments themselves are worth every penny and then you add all the incredible amenities and will never want to leave! Plus management is the best in the biz :) Bittersweet goodbye but I am forever grateful for my time spent at The Cove.
